Software Installation is failing
My Wasp software will not install. It mentions the server service not being started on my PC and refers to the CD. However, I see no documentation on my Wasp CD about this issue.

I am trying to read barcodes with my CCD scanner, but it will not scan. I am holding the scanner 6-8 inches from the barcode.
