When trying to connect with the SQL database, the program may give this error message:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The message received was unexpected or badly formatted.)

Additionally, there may be a second popup with a Visual C++ Runtime Library error:
Runtime Error!
R6025 - pure virtual function call

If you see either of these errors, check in Control Panel - Programs and Features. If Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 is shown, you will need to update to version 4.5.2. In some instances, you may need to first remove 4.5.1.
