MobileAsset v6: Installation on Windows 2003 Server machine may prompt to install Windows XP Service Pack 3

On machines running certain versions of Windows 2003 Server, the Mobile Asset installation may misread the operating system version and erroneously prompt for the Windows XP Service Pack 3 to be installed.

At this point in the development cycle, we are unable to release an immediate patch for this issue. As a workaround, a file must be replaced and the setup rerun.

If you are installing from disc, copy the entire contents of the disc to a new folder on the hard drive. If you are installing from a downloaded .exe, you will need to use Winzip to open the self extracting .exe and extract all files to a new folder. Once you have the files copied/extracted, replace the setup.inx in the main folder with the file linked below. Then, run Setup.exe to restart the installation process.
