This article describes how to install the Windows driver for a networked WPL label printer.  WPL label printer models that have network ports:
WPL304
WPL308
WPL406
WPL610
WPL612
WPL614
WPL618

Use the DiagTool utility (see Related Content below) to detect the printer.
At the upper right corner, set the Interface to ETHERNET, then click Setup.
The list of printers should include your printer.
Record the printer's IP address, Exit.

Run the Driver Wizard.
Specify the model of your printer. For example, Wasp WPL304.
Specify Port, Create Port, Standard TCP/IP Port, New Port, Next.
Specify the Printer's IP address (2nd field auto-fills), Next.
Leave the default setting Standard: Generic Network Card, Next, Finish, Close.
Back in the Specify Port window, select the IP address port you just created, Next.
Continue installing the driver as usual.
