Symptom: After a new install or upgrade to WaspTime v6, none of the reports will work. Trying to view the report comes up with an error: "Show Report viewer exception: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Cause: The Crystal installer on some of the first run of CDs is bad and so the Crystal driver is not getting installed.

Solution: Download, unzip and double click to install the Crystal Reports Runtime from our FTP. It is a quick silent install with just a progress meter.
