When opening the Mobile Asset Web Module, you may receive this error: The wasp registration server reported an internal error as it was trying to process your activation request. (See https://dl.waspbarcode.com/wasp/SupportFiles/kbimages/MA7/webmoduleregistration.jpg for full message)
If this happens, please register your web module serial number at
http://www.waspbarcode.com/support/product-registration
After receiving the email with the activation code, open the Mobile Asset client program and enter the activation code into Administration > License Management. You should then be able to open the web module properly.
