In Visual Basic 6, Error 48 means that waspact.dll failed to load.

Reason:
The Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable package (x86) was not installed properly. If for some reason this component fails to install properly, the error above happens.

Fix:
Download and install the Visual C++ 2005 (x86) Redistributable package from the Microsoft website:

Download and Run the "vcredist_x86.exe" installer.

After the installer finishes, Labeler should run properly.
