Labeler v5+ allow you to use an external data source column to specify how many copies should be printed of each record in the database.   Just add a new column to your external data source then edit that column, changing the quantities for each item, just before Printing the labels.   For more information, open the Help file, find the "Print" topic in the table of contents, then look for the string "Number of Copies from Data Source"

In Labeler v4.9.x and earlier versions, you need to select the "Number of Copies" you want to print on the upper right hand side of the printer dialog box, having selected only one Item using "Select Records Now".  Print those labels for that one item, then start over for a different item.   Consider upgrading to v7.0 at this link:  http://www.waspbarcode.com/barcode_software/labeler.asp
