Labeler: How to make labels that have serialized barcode values, with each individual serial number exactly four digits in length (0001, 0002, 0003, etc.)

After selecting serialization as the source for the barcode object, click the Format button, then enter four zeroes in the format field:

0000

This will provide the leading zeroes you desire for values less than 1000.
