InventoryControl v7: Pick Order, Packing Slip, or Purchase Order barcodes are unscannable

in Version 7

Download and extract this file: https://dl.waspbarcode.com/kb/ic/v7/ICv7-Fix-Unscannable-Barcodes.zip

Move Packing Slip.rpt, Pick Order.rpt, and Purchase Order Report.rpt to the following location, replacing the original reports there:

64-bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Wasp Technologies\InventoryControl\Reports
32-bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Wasp Technologies\InventoryControl\Reports

Copy the other file, w39em.ttf, to C:\Windows\Fonts

This will set the barcodes to print as Code 39 rather than Code 128, and they should then be scannable. This needs to be done on any InventoryControl client PC that is printing any of these documents.

(This is separate from the issue of the reports showing random characters in place of the barcode. For the random characters, see the article below in Related Pages.
