Problem: When trying to archive transactions, it repeatedly gives a message stating "Error in Application: WT1002: Error executing sql statement."

Cause: The database procedure for archiving transactions needs to be updated.

Solution: Please download and extract this file on the server machine:

After extracting files, run UpdateDb.bat to apply the update, then try archiving transactions again. If you still receive the WT1002 error, please send us the wql.log file that will be created in the directory where you run UpdateDb.bat so we can determine why it didn't run properly.
