try to log into InventoryControl client:

Database was not found. The database needed for this application is either not running or not exist in server SERVERNAME\WaspDBExpress.
The server principal "InventoryUser" is not able to access the database "WaspTrackInventory" under the current security context.

resolution: run CreateWaspAccounts SQL script
