When attempting to print asset tag labels from the asset list, if you get a message reading "Failed to load print preview" and the label has not been edited, please try exiting the program, then right click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator".

If the labels print correctly when the program is run as admin, you can edit the properties of the shortcut and at the bottom of the Compatibility tab check the box for "Run the program as an administrator" to have it run properly every time.
