Here's the link to download  the WMR1250 Configuration Manager utility version 1.0.44 installer. This has been tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Installation and Uninstallation require Windows administrator rights.

After installation, the program can be found here:
Start, All Programs, WMR1250 Configuration Manager, WMR1250CM.exe

In Programs and Features, it shows as MS245_246 Configuration Manager.

To uninstall, click Start, All Programs, MS245_246 Configuration Manager. Right-click on Uninstall, then Run As Administrator.
