In July 2014, the Paychex company changed what file format they accept. As a result, the file that WaspTime exports for Paychex Time In A Box is not accepted.

Until Wasp releases an update which addresses the new format, the workaround is to use the file format converter provided by Paychex, linked below. This is a macro-enabled Excel file that will convert the old Time0002 payroll export format to the new SPI format that is accepted by Paychex.
