Trying to add employee to clock and the box is greyed out

Hover over the box and this message is present

Edit the employee and select Clock Tab

Enter the badge number or any number up to 10 digits max in Clock User ID and Save

When you go back to clocks you should be able to check the box and click save for the employee

You may see it show In Queue for status

Once the software has communicated with the clock you will see a status of On Clock
