When using certain fonts, Labeler will send the print job to the printer, but then nothing will print, and no error will be displayed.

Microsoft has confirmed that the August 2026 Windows/.NET Framework update causes an error in WPF applications, like Labeler, when printing or generating files while using certain fonts, including Calibri, Cambria, Constantia, and Corbel.

There’s nothing we can update in Labeler to correct for this issue, since it is a Windows problem.

Rather than taking that security risk, we recommend you instead alter the font in use on your labels.

After selecting your label object, you can find the Font on the Format tab of the Properties window:


Click the ... button to open the Font selection window, and select a different font from the available list.


Arial, Time New Roman, Verdana, Tahoma, and Segoe UI all appear to be working without encountering the same issue.

You will unfortunately need to alter each label object individually. Remember to save the label changes before closing Labeler.

Microsoft Support should be releasing another update to correct the .NET Framework issue, hopefully in the near future.
