The originally released version of Labeler v7 will not work properly in Windows 8.
Download and install version 7.0.5 from this link:
https://dl.waspbarcode.com/wasp/WaspLabelerV705.exe
This downloads a full installer, so it can be used to either update an existing installation that is not working properly, or to install from scratch.
