First, be sure to setup the correct label size in your printer's driver.  Refer to our Knowledgebase article How to set the correct label size in your printer's driver (linked below).

From InventoryControl, click Labels on the left, then select the label from the label list, click Edit. This will open Labeler.

InventoryControl v7.x will open Labeler v7.x:

  1. From the Design tab, click the Layout icon in the ribbon.
  2. Select a Family and Type that corresponds to your label size. There are a number of preset label sizes in the Family of One Up Labels for example.
  3. If you need to create your own, click New. Set the number of labels across and down both to 1. Specify your label width and height (use a ruler). All values for Page Margins and Space Between Labels should be 0.
  4. Click Save to store that label size.
  5. For Labeler v7, Click the Print tab. In the ribbon, click the Print button. Click to select your installed label printer. If it's already selected: click a different printer, click Apply button, click your label printer again, click Apply button, click Cancel button. Click onto the Design tab.
  6. Save and close Labeler

InventoryControl v6.x will open Labeler v6.x:

  1. From Labeler v6, Click File, Page Setup, follow steps 2 and 3 above.
  2. Click the Printer Setup tab, and select your installed label printer (don't use WPL Printer).
  3. Click OK
  4. Save and close Labeler
