How to remove SIM/memory card carrier: Remove battery. At top of battery compartment, above 8 copper contacts, use small flathead screwdriver to pry out carrier, downward. Accepts MicroSD memory card, up to 2 Nano-SIM cards. Call tested successfully with AT&T SIM card.
