2-hour Online Training sessions are flexible, customized to Customer needs, and can cover just about anything the Customer wishes to learn about the Wasp AssetCloud program. You will also receive guidance on how to best use AssetCloud for your unique Business Needs. All Online Training Sessions are recorded and sent to the Customer.

The 2-Hour Online AssetCloud Training covers:

1. The 4 Required Fields for all Assets
2. Building the “Lookups” Database Manually
3. Building the “Lookups” Database through the Import Data process
4. Filtering Data, Saving Custom Views, and Exporting
5. Printing barcodes from the software
6. Transactions (actions that can be executed with Assets)
7. Reports
8. Users and Roles
9. Notifications
10. Mobile Application Setup
11. Audits
12. Maintenance
13. Settings

What it DOES NOT cover:

1. Setup or installation of any Wasp Hardware or Software.
2. Integrating API functionality
3. Designing Reports (The Design Report feature can be introduced during Training. However, Training Services are not intended to be used to actually design specific Reports. Custom Report Design is a separate service offered by Wasp.)
