If you have issues logging into the support site click the 'Need a password reminder?' link at the bottom of the Login screen.  This will give you the opportunity to reset your password.

In some cases we may have to recreate your account as a new account.  You can recreate the account yourself by clicking the Register button or you're welcome to give us a call at 866.547.9277 option 3 to have a Wasp Support Agent assist you.
