MobileAsset v7 on a mobile device: Switching database, or respecifying the Service URL

1. After having logged into MobileAsset v7 on a mobile device, how to re-specify the Service URL or switch database?
 
Windows Mobile Device: At the login screen, tap Switch Database (at the bottom).
Android: At the login screen, pinch (two-finger gesture).
iOS: Tap the gear icon (upper right), then tap Switch Database.
 
2. On the Switch Database screen, how to change values?
 
Windows Mobile Device:
box around field name = locked
no box around field name = editable
How to change state: Tap the field name to lock/unlock
 
Android:
bold = locked
not bold = editable
How to change state: tap the field name once
 
iOS:
Yellow = locked
Black = editable
How to change state: tap and hold the field name or value until it changes
