1. Make sure the media and ribbon are loaded into the printer correctly. See pgs 4-13 of the W-300 User's Guide.
2. Calibrate the W-300 printer. See page 14 of the W-300 User's Guide.
3. Make sure that the printer driver is loaded correctly. See page 16 of the W-300 User's Guide.
4. Set the paper size in the W-300 printer driver. If your paper size does not appear in the list, right click in the printers folder and select "Server Properties" and then select "Create a new form". Fill in the dimensions and then name and save the form. This paper size will now appear for all printers.
5. Select the page size in the Wasp Labeler. To do this click on the "File" menu and then click on "Page Setup". In the page setup screen select your page size. If your size is not listed click on the "New" button and create the proper page size.
6. Print the Windows Test Page from the printer driver. Do this by right clicking on the printer in the Control Panel and selecting "Properties" and then clicking on "Print Test Page".
7. Create your label in the Wasp Labeler software.
8. Click on File->Print Preview.
9. If the label looks correct on the screen, click the print button.
10. If the label looks incorrect, double check the page settings in the driver and in the Wasp Labeler software, then try again.
