1. Confirm printing options were selected during the Printing Setup step during the mobile device setup:
First, select Yes under the question "Do you plan to print from the mobile device?", then select one of the following options:
Yes, I will be printing from a network printer - select this option if you will be printing to a printer on your network. You do not need to do anything else to enable printing. Click Finish to complete the setup process. Note that this does not require a printer with its own ethernet port to connect directly to your network. If the printer is connected directly to the machine running the Wasp Inventory Windows Service, or is being shared from another pc on your network such that it can be accessed from the server machine, it will work as a network printer.
Yes, I will be printing with a Laser Mobile Printer - select this option if you will be printing to a laser mobile printer. You will need to enter a COM Port and Baud Rate for this printer. Click Finish to complete the setup process.
Yes, - I will printing with a Receipt Mobile Printer - select this option if you will be printing to a receipt mobile printer. You will need to enter a COM Port and Baud Rate for this printer. Click Finish to complete the setup process.

On the Services screen scroll to Wasp Inventory Windows Service. Right-click on Wasp Inventory Windows Service and select Properties.
On the Properties screen, select the Log On tab.
Select the "This account" checkbox and then the Browse button.

On the Log On tab select This account, click Browse, click Advanced, click Find Now. From the search results list in the bottom window, select the user that has permissions (with a password that does not expire) for the service on the PC. Click OK. Enter the password and confirmed password, then click Apply.
A confirmation message similar to the following will appear:
"The account .\<account name> has been granted the Log On As A Service right."
Click OK on this message.
A message similar to the following will appear:
"The new logon name will not take effect until you stop and restart the service."
Click OK again to close out of the screen.
On the Services screen, right-click Wasp Inventory Windows Service and select Stop, then right-click again and select Start.
Now you will be able to choose the network printer you want to use from the Tools menu on the mobile device.
3. On the mobile device, in InventoryControl: Tools menu, Select Label Printer.
4. Editing the default label:
On the PC, in InventoryControl, Labels, edit "Add, Assemble, Receive Item Label for Mobile Device". Match the label size and layout if needed. Save As into this path and filename:
C:\ProgramData\Wasp Barcode Technologies\WaspInventoryWindowsService\220.127.116.11\Labels\MobileDeviceADDTRANSACTIONITEMLABELDB.labx
which is the file that InventoryControl uses when printing labels from the mobile device.
On the mobile device, when Adding, Assembling, or Receiving items, there will be a line at the bottom that says "No. of Label:" where you specify how many labels to print. When the transaction is complete, that number of labels should print from the specified label printer.
