Due to load balancing, this only affected some users, and was intermittent. Disc maintenance has been performed this morning, so the error should no longer occur. Please contact support at 866-547-9277 option 3 if you are still experiencing issues.
We experienced an issue where people with new tenant invites for both AssetCloud and InventoryCloud were not able to access their software.

Update Wednesday, November 1, 2017: version 7.1.2 of the MobileAsset app is available in the App Store, compatible with iOS 11+.
Update Monday, October 23: We are submitting the updated app to the Apple Store today. Approval usually takes 3-5 business days. If all goes well, it should be available by the end of the week.
Apple's recently-released iOS 11 requires that all apps are 64-bit. However, the current MobileAsset app (v7.1.1) is 32-bit, so it is not visible in iOS 11 and cannot be downloaded or run.
Wasp is working on a 64-bit version of the MobileAsset app and will release it to Apple's App Store as soon as possible. We hope to have this completed by October 22, 2017.
Customers who wish to continue using MobileAsset on iOS devices should not update to iOS 11 until the updated app has been released.
Customers who have already updated to iOS 11 but still need to run the 32-bit MobileAsset app may be able to downgrade back to iOS 10.3.3, following a procedure from Apple or other sources, found on the web.
Here's a Google search for ios 11 downgrade:
https://www.google.com/search?q=ios+11+downgrade&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
Note: The iOS downgrade process is outside the scope of Wasp Tech Support.
Wasp Barcode Technologies phone support and chat support services will not be available July 3rd and July 4th. Tickets created through the support website will be addressed beginning on Wednesday after the holiday.

Clocks settings Spring forward early March 12
The articles below can help you keep your WaspTime Time & Attendance software in sync for daylight savings time.
How do I apply daylight Savings Time

Be sure the time on your Wasptime clock matches the time on the server with Time Sync Setup

Daylight Savings Time Note
Be aware that your time clocks will NOT automatically update with the correct time for Daylight Savings Time, even if the PC where the service is installed does automatically update. You must set up an alternate sync at the time of the change. Usually the time change occurs at 2:00am. If you have employees who will be working an overnight shift that spans 2:00am when the time changes, you will need to arrange to have someone change the time on the clocks by entering the correct time through Clock Setup.

With the update to Windows 10 and Microsoft's .NET Framework v4.6, there were some changes that affect the way we communicate with label printers, changing the size and position of label objects. Typically, this results in everything on the printed label appearing smaller than intended and shifted left or right until it is partially off of the label.
Windows 10 comes with .NET Framework v4.6 installed. The same issue applies to Windows 8.1 after updating to .NET v4.6, and in a few cases we have seen Windows 7 affected as well.
If you are experiencing this issue, please refer to this KB article for the solution:

The USB communication in El Capitan is entirely different than previous versions of the OS X operating system. Currently there is not an immediate work- around or solution available, but our Hardware Developers are aware of the issue and we are actively researching and working towards a resolution.

In WaspTime 7 you can use the Time Sync Setup feature to automatically synchronize your time clock with the server's time over the weekend (after the time change.) You also have the option to manually apply Daylight Savings Time to all timecards in WaspTime.
Whichever method you chose, you can be certain the correct time is displayed in your employee's timecards.
Refer to the following Knowledge Base articles for instructions on each method:
Be sure the time on your Wasptime clock matches the time on the server with Time Sync Setup
Here are a few tips that you might find helpful when searching the Wasp Knowledge Base
1. Keep it simple. One or two word search terms will return more results.
Example: restore blank Notice results for restoring a blank database.
Add more words to fine-tune your results.
2. Use quotation marks to search an exact phrase.
Examples: "wpl driver" or "delete employee"
Keep in mind, using quotes may exclude relevant search results.
3. Try the minus sign "-" before words that you wish to omit from the search listing.
Example: restore -blank Notice, unlike the results in Tip 1 the occurrence of blank is not included in most results.
Another method would be to use Google's "site:" feature. With Google's "site:" feature, not only will your search criteria return results found in article titles but the listings will also include occurrences found in attached documents. This can be useful to research all relevant content for your search.
1. Go to google.com and enter site:support.waspbarcode.com in the search field or click the following link:
Google Search
2. Next, simply add a space after the site:support.waspbarcode.com and enter your search criteria.
Example: site:support.waspbarcode.com restore
After the search is executed, notice the results listed below. Steps 1-3 for the Wasp Knowledge Base can be used with Google as well.

The new Labeler v7 (full version) is included in the InventoryControl package, and the application uses Labeler v7 DLL to perform all label printing functions within the app and from InventoryControl Service.
