WWS800/850: Characters out of order when connected with Bluetooth

Jason Whitmer

in WWS800/850

With the WWS800/850 connected directly with Bluetooth rather than going through the base unit, the characters may appear out of order. The Inter-Character delay barcodes in the manual do not affect Bluetooth connections, so they will not resolve the issue as they would with other scanners, or with the scanner connecting via the base.

Instead, please download and print the linked document, then scan Enter Setup, By Character, Update.

Note: This issue has been observed with the WWS800 paired to a Macintosh.
