My Wasp software will not install. It mentions the server service not being started on my PC and refers to the CD. However, I see no documentation on my Wasp CD about this issue.

We need the Server service in Windows running for our software.  Close all open programs on your computer.  Press F1 on your keyboard.  Type 'file print sharing' (without quotes) in the blank provided in Windows help at the upper left.  Click the "Enable file and printer sharing..." link at the lower left.  Windows help will direct you through the rest of the process.

Also-non-admins may not have rights to the server service - have an admin try the same setup if you're unsure.

You should now be able to reboot your PC and install the software.
