It must be done using Advanced Data Editing.  Please reference Chapter 9 of the WPS100 Product Reference Guide for complete detail.  

Here is an example that will transmit all the data in the barcode and put a ' and an Enter key at the end of every scan.  The instructions are assuming that you want do perform this action for all symbologies.

Scan Set All Defaults on page 4-5.

Scan Send all Data That Remains on page 9-34.

Scan Send ' on page 9-90.
