Symptom

On Windows Server 2012 R2, during the installation of AssetCloud On-Premise or InventoryCloud On-Premise using the 2021.12.17 release, sometimes the installer gives crash screens during Wasp Progress validation screens:

Wasp.Installer.Setup has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
Check online for a solution and close the program
Close the program

Resolution

Click "Close the Program" on each prompt. There may be several of the same message; click "Close the Program" on all of them. The installer should continue and install the application successfully.
