I can't print after updating to Windows 8.1

This article applies to Wasp Printers and Wasp POS pole displays.

Issue:

Updating from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 can leave your hardware inoperable.   Some users may not be able to print or use their pole display.

Resolution:

Reinstalling the drivers for your hardware should resolve the issue.
