Close Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

Check for wbcac.ocx in c:\windows\system32. If it exists, go to Start, Run and enter the following command:
regsvr32 /u wbcac.ocx

After that command succeeds, delete that file.

Find all occurrences of the following files on the hard disk and delete them. Make sure to include hidden/system folders in the search:
wbcaac2k.mda
wbcaac2k.mde
wbcaac97.mda
wbcaacxp.mda
wbcaacxp.mde
(you can look for wbcaac*.md*)

Normal.dot
wbcawd.dot
WaspBarCode.dot

wbcaxl.xla
wbcaxl.xls
(you can look for wbcaxl.*)

Open Word, Excel, and Access and check View/Toolbars. If Wasp Fontware is still present, go to Customize/Toolbars, highlight Fontware and click Delete. Close and reopen the program and check View/Toolbars again.
